This event features two different artists: Bryan Sperry and Melanie Adcock, the founders of the gallery. Bryan Sperry is a professional sculptor and co-owner of the House of the Apocalypse. His work features over thirty life-sized figurative sculptures that showcase a science-fiction narrative. Melanie Adcock is the owner of Tech Month Chicago, host of radio broadcast Tech Scene Chicago, and works nationally as an independent tech writer. Her work on display features eclectic and colorful costume design. She is co-owner of House of the Apocalypse.
The House of the Apocalypse gallery is a fusion of technology and art. The work on permanent display is a series entitled “Warriors of the Apocalypse”, a series of cyborg sculptures with a science fiction narrative. The gallery also hosts art, tech, and business events at their location.
