Let’s celebrate the Winter Solstice and set our sights on a fresh New Year. Our dear friend Neale Baldyga will be present to bless and cleanse our mind and body.
The sound journey will allow participants to release the stresses of the mind and replenish the entire system. Through a combination of instruments (gong, crystal/brass singing bowls, didgeridoo, drums, and more) a soundscape is crafted. We let the tones and frequencies alter our state of consciousness as we unplug from our daily grind. Connect deeper with yourself and community!
Enjoy a unique experience of a sound & vibrational healing while being surrounded by unique artistic expression. All of the art will be available for purchase, a great chance to get those last minute Solstice, Christmas, and New Years gifts.
$10-20 suggested donation. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. Come and support local artists that are working hard to create a space for community to connect through art.
Participants will receive a small hand-bound journal of their choice made by Three Seeds Founder and Teaching Artist Mary Palmer. This journal can be used to write down an intention or how they are feeling before and after the healing to help them process. Crystals will be available to borrow for the journey. Tea and water will also be provided.
