I prefer to scream into the badlands where I know you’ve been. I offer small reminders I’m still here. I’m not following or looking, just waiting. If you’re right in front of me, please tell me. Someone is trying to fill your grave, and I think I’ll finally let them, because the unconditional keeps me up at night.
Methodical Tear is a collection of new works by Ariel Baldwin that offer a closer look at the evolution of lust to grief, how it remains within and how it can manifest itself outwardly. This happens in paintings, sculptural vessels and within a handmade artist book.
The Condo Association invites you to the opening reception of Methodical Tear, Saturday August 25 6-9pm.
There will be a closing reception coinciding with Last Chance Comedy on September 15th 8-10pm.
