Art Design Chicago: The Intersection of Creativity and Commerce

Presented by the City Club of Chicago, this conversation explores the important role that Chicago has played and continues to play in shaping American visual culture. The panel features Terra Foundation for American Art’s Elizabeth Glassman, civic leader Nora Daley, author Thomas Dyja, the Art Institute’s Jacqueline Terrassa, and artist Amanda Williams. The group will discuss Chicago as a crossroads of American art, design, creativity, and commerce.

This program begins with a reception at 11:30 am followed by a 12:00 pm luncheon.
