Latinas and their Role in the MeToo Movement

We are wrapping up Sexual Assault Awareness Month with a panel discussion to discuss how Latinas see themselves in the MeToo movement and how inclusive the conversation is when it comes to first generation and immigrant Latinas. Panelists include Monica Ramirez, Co-founder of Alianza Nacional de Campesinas, Karla Altmayer, co-founder of the Coalition Against Workplace Sexual Harassment and our very own Maritza Reyes, Director of the Sexual Assault Program at Mujeres Latinas En Acción.

Event will take place Friday, April 27th at the National Museum of Mexican Art from 2-4pm.
