SOUNDROTATION presents a special edition of Saturdays at the Bank. Join us for a night of soul and jazz funk as Resident DJ Duane Powell celebrates the music career of the Godfather of jazz funk & acid jazz, Roy Ayers on the eve of his 77th birthday (Sept. 10, 1940).

With his vast career in jazz, soul and funk to acid jazz and house, Roy Ayers is heralded as one of the true pioneers and his legacy has lasted for generations. DJ Duane Powell will attempt to leave no stone unturned, pulling from the vast catalog of the legend including productions, side projects and covers.
