PANEL DISCUSSION
Letterpress printing as a commercial enterprise was well on its way to becoming almost completely obsolete by the 1980s. Fast forward, and today more design and arts programs than ever since the 1980s are setting up print shops. Society of Typographic Arts is partnering with the School of the Art Institute of Chicago to host a panel discussion about the impact of letterpress on art and design.
