For this one night exhibition all the lights will be off. The works on display use darkness as both a formal limitation and a metaphorical connection to ideas of absence, blindness and death. By imagining our civilization in decline, the politics of death and dying and the limits of reading colors in the dark, the works in RAW NIGHT frame ways that sight and light are understood through the loss of history, the concreteness of the death, and limits of nature and biology.

THE CONDO ASSOCIATION is an exhibition and gathering space located in a rental condo unit with 2 Floors, 3 Baths and 2 Doors. It is an inclusive, sex positive space for experimental bodies and aesthetics located in the Humboldt Park Neighborhood of Chicago.
