Please join us Sunday, January 29th for an extra special session of Beauty Breaks: Session 8 | Galvanize. We (Amina Ross, A.J. Mcclenon and Adrienne Deeble) will be holding space for a special strengthening ritual in the attic space of F4F (2846 W.21st Street Chicago, IL).
GALVANIZE: TO EXCITE INTO ACTION
To come together.
To strengthen and fortify.
Please join us for tea, snacks and chat at 2pm. Doors close at 2:30pm.
Meditation starts promptly at 2:30pm, followed by a sound bath, individual healing sessions and tarot readings. We will close with a large group affirmation exercise.
Beauty Breaks workshop series, founded by artist Amina Ross and co-led with artist AJ McClenon, brings together beauty and wellness practitioners to break open what black beauty and wellness means today. These workshop center BLACK femininities and are FREE and open to the public.
