MCA Talk: New Mythologies for the Future

Nora Taylor, Alsdorf Professor of South and Southeast Asian Art History at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and Ivy Wilson, associate professor of English and faculty affiliate in Asian American Studies at Northwestern University, discuss The Propeller Group with Marilyn and Larry Fields Curator Naomi Beckwith.
Arrive at 5pm for a screening of “AK-47 vs. M16, the film” in the Edlis Neeson Theater. The talk follows the film in the MCA’s atrium and will begin at 6pm.
This event is free with admission, and on Tuesdays admission is free for residents of Illinois.
