July’s solo exhibit features works by Dan Simoneau; an amalgamation of photorealistic male figurative paintings juxtaposed with abstractions of the figure, and works in progress to expose the process of his figurative style.  Dan focuses on the play of light on his subject matter with dramatic results.  He has won acclaim locally, nationally and internationally for his outstanding work using photography, watercolor and acrylics.  Dan’s work can be seen in the upstairs gallery at Re:Vision throughout the month of July, with an artist reception on Saturday, July 9, from 6 – 9 pm.
