Incorporating bed sheets, scarves, and tablecloths, Martinez attempts a reawakening visual experience asking: How do nostalgic objects become a monument? Wizard Can presents moments of mysterious fascination and the sequential preservation of overlooked materials. New works reflect affirmation of research from culturally vibrant locations and gritty abandoned spaces that lead to the subconscious patterns that embrace our everyday spaces.
