Changing the world is about changing perception, creating a new awareness, and cultivating a different state of consciousness. Bringing together major international artists and architects, this forum will address the place of aesthetics in creating a positive, new future, illuminating how these practitioners understand beauty as a tool for designing the new world. The forum will feature: Toyo Ito, 2013 Pritzker Prize–winning architect; Yusaku Imamura, director of Tokyo Wonder Site; SAIC alumnus and artist Iñigo Manglano-Ovalle (MFA 1989); and artists Moon Kyungwon and Jeon Joonho.
