IT WILL HEAL
“As long as the world keeps turning, we’re all gonna be dizzy, and we’re all gonna make mistakes.”
– Mel Brooks
3433 is proud to present “It Will Heal”, a solo exhibition where Caleb Sheridan unveils a new series of screenprints and sculptural pieces. Sheridan’s interests for this body of work lead to a light-hearted investigation that intersects stardom, obsession, phenomenon, dissension, and repair, based on personal experience and observation.
Caleb Sheridan currently lives and works in Chicago. He received his BFA from The University of Montana (2006), and his MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2012). He has exhibited his work all over the world to rave reviews and tears of joy, but he’s quite aware, no matter how much notoriety, reverence, and press he may receive, he’ll never be as popular as Justin Bieber. That’s ok. It too, will heal.
3433 invites you to the opening reception of Caleb Sheridan, “It Will Heal” on April 20th, from 6:00-9:00. The exhibition will be open by appointment from April 20 – May 11, 2013.
