Florida Oasis is a collaborative art and performance showcase at the Logan Square Comfort Station, organized by artists Erica Gressman and Katie Torn and presented by Roofless Records during the month of February. The Comfort Station will be decked out in Florida decor to offer an oasis from the Chicago winter chill. Offering tropical respite in the middle of Chicago’s Logan Square, the exhibition will feature one event every Saturday night. This weeks show features work by Mike Mallis, YALOOPOP, HALF HEAD, Aaron Zarzutski and Andrew Scott Young. Other Chicago artists and musicians featured include Snow Fu, Lee Xie, Lindsay Denniberg, Cassandra Slaughtermouth, Monica Panzarino, Will Goss, Mikey Mcparlane, Mystreater and the North.
