Hear from Magnum Photos photographer Susan Meiselas, who over a four-decade career has photographed all over the world, most notably documenting human rights issues in Latin America. An inspiring speaker and storyteller, she has received numerous awards, including a MacArthur “genius” grant in 1992, and is the subject of the recent traveling retrospective, “Susan Meiselas: Mediations.“
Her talk is part of the Hugh Edwards lecture series, which brings top-notch talent in photography to the museum world. Past speakers have included Wolfgang Tillmans, Gerhard Steidl, and Rabih Mroué.
