Haitian director Raoul Peck remembers his childhood in the Congo, and the revolutionary leader of that nation who was assassinated by the CIA.
Floyd Webb was born in Clarksdale, Mississippi in the 1950’s. He is a producer and director, known for The Search for Count Dante (2015), Yasuke-San (2018) and Daughters of the Dust (1991). Webb also started the pioneering Blacklight Film Festival in 1982 and began working with independent filmmakers from around the world, including St. Clair Bourne, Julie Dash, Melenik Shabazz, and Djibril Diop Mambety.
