This year’s theme, A Rebirth Into Blackness: A Celebration of the Life of Gwendolyn Brooks will illuminate the legacy of Ms. Brooks and the resurrection of the Brooks Writers’ Conference.
Featuring Guest Speakers and Panelists: Angela Jackson, Haki Madhubuti, Sterling Plump, Tyehimba Jess, Randall Horton, Tara Betts, Nicole Martinez, Mitchell L. H. Douglas, Sandra Jackson-Opoku, Crystal Wilkinson, Kelly Norman Ellis, Tony Lindsay and many more.
This is a FREE event. Seating is limited. Campus parking is $5.
