Please join us for a program featuring works by Mendelssohn and Haydn! The Volta String Quartet is a young Chicago-based ensemble in it’s second season. Because most of their individual schedules consist of playing in orchestras and teaching, they decided to form a quartet to play some of their favorite pieces of chamber music.

Here are programs for this Saturday:
String Quartet in B-flat major, Op. 76 No. 5 (Sunrise) by Joseph Haydn
String Quartet No. 4 in E minor, Op. 44, No. 2 by Felix Mendelssohn
