“Human Flow” is a sprawling and heartbreaking exploration of the global refugee crisis. Captured over the course of a year in 23 countries, the film follows a chain of urgent stories that stretches through Afghanistan, Greece, Iraq, Kenya, Mexico, Turkey and beyond.

Northwestern is glad to be a partner in screening this important film, and excited to be part of the live stream with Ai Weiwei himself.

Presented by Northwestern’s Center for Forced Migration Studies, the City of Evanston, Northwestern Arts Circle, the Block Museum of Art, and the Forum for Languages and Cultures in the Buffett Institute.
