Soundrotation in conjunction with Brain Trust Management and Arts + Public Life presents the Rear View Mirror Listening Session and Lecture Series with Duane E Powell.

The Rear View Mirror Sessions are a series of lectures and listening sessions which focus on influential unsung artists and legends and how their influence has lasted for generations. The program provides insight into the artists’ journeys by exploring their lives through history and their music.

Join us for the first installment of the season as music historian take a journey through the life of singer, songwriter, producer Leon Ware. His humble beginnings, his road to becoming of the go-to songwriters in the heart of the classic soul period, his longevity that sparked newness on the hip-hop scene and creation of the neo-soul movement.
