On the 150th anniversary of architect and designer Frank Lloyd Wright, Kevin Nute, associate professor of architecture at the University of Oregon, discusses the influence of Japanese art in Wright’s furniture, glass, and textile design, as well as his recent publication Frank Lloyd Wright and Japan: The Role of Traditional Japanese Art and Architecture in the Work of Frank Lloyd Wright.
