DIY Workshop: Exploring Text and Image

Opening Saturday, April 29th, from 1PM - 4PM

Artist Hilesh Patel will lead a hands-on art workshop in conjunction with the Year of Darger. The workshop will be divided into two parts, Imaging Space and The Architecture of a Darger World. Participants will use memory recall to generate text and consider how they exist alongside image. They will explore gesture drawing and create their own imaginary spaces for silhouettes of the Vivian Girls to live. All supplies included.
