As a contribution to Open Engagement 2017: Justice, SAIC student-artists will host a conversation that considers environmental justice at the various stages of the food cycle now. What does food and environmental justice look like under the current administration? How can we repair the system where justice is unmet? We will talk over and share an array of fungi to imagine what growth and remediation might look like now.
