Phyllis Bramson, artist and 2004 Chicago Artadia Awardee, and Toby Kamps, Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Menil Collection, will discuss the artist’s studio practice. Specifically exploring how “bad behavior” and “inappropriateness” can be an artist’s necessity in the studio using Bramson’s new work as a reference.
