Night Club is thrilled to inaugurate its new location at 3325 N Pulaski Rd with At Large, an exhibition of new works by Chicago-based artist Doug Ischar. Please join us for the opening reception Saturday, June 20 from 6:00-9:00 pm. The gallery will screen Ischar’s latest film All my Own (2015) at the exhibition’s closing, Saturday, July 25.
Doug Ischar was born in 1948 in Honolulu, HI. Notable exhibitions and screenings have taken place at Golden Gallery, New York, New York; Eli Ping Frances Perkins, New York, New York; Poor Farm, Waupaca, Wisconsin; 2nd Floor Gallery, San Francisco, California; Göteborgs Konstmuseum, Gothenburg, Sweden; Malmö Konst Museet, Malmö, Sweden; Institute of the Visual Arts, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, New York; Randolph Street Gallery, Chicago, Illinois; List Visual Arts Center, MIT, Cambridge, Massachusetts. His work was recently presented in the 2014 Whitney Biennial at the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York.
