The Chicago Japan Film Collective is the first Japanese Film festival in the Midwest and is proud to introduce some of Japan’s most original voices and to provide unique international screening opportunities for these talented filmmakers. The festival aims to introduce Midwestern audiences to the best in independent Japanese cinema. Our inaugural edition of the festival is coming on May 25th to 31st and 9 films will be shown during the 7-day festival period.
