Join Intuit on the third Thursday of the month for Art After Work, a free series of facilitated art-making workshops inspired by outsider and self-taught art and artists from the museum’s collections and exhibitions. This month, arts educator Imani Parkinson will lead a discussion and facilitate a workshop inspired by self-taught artist Sister Gertrude Morgan. In the virtual workshop, participants will experiment with scale, color and text to create their own mixed media painting inspired by the everyday glimpses of the future they want to build.
