For March Third Friday Open Studio Project Onward presents a group exhibition highlighting one of the most ancient and versatile artistic mediums: Ink. Known for its permanence, precision, and intense pigmentation, ink as an artistic medium was developed in ancient China and expanded upon during the Renaissance. We asked our artists to explore and experiment with ink in their art practice using a variety of techniques, and create works of art showcasing their artistic vision.
