Cherylyn Gnadt: Inside Voice

Cherylyn Gnadt will have a solo show entitled “Inside Voice” at The Prairie Center for the Arts in the East Gallery during March.
Her mixed-media and printmaking are primarily figurative, incorporating nature – revealing surrealistic themes of transformation, adaptability, and perseverance. We all remember our teachers and parents begging us to use our “inside voice” meaning to be quiet and respectful but sometimes that voice is anything but. Cherylyn lets her inner child out to play and reminds us the power is within us if we chose to listen.
The public is invited for an artist reception and talk on Sunday, March 8 from 2 – 4 pm.
The exhibit ends on March 28th. The Prairie Center for the Arts is located at 201 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg. Gallery Hours are Monday – Friday 8 am-5 pm or call ahead for weekend hours.
