Art and Recovery: Images and Stories Through Addiction

Art can play an important role in addiction recovery. It can also be used as a way to humanize the plight of individuals experiencing addiction. Join WBEZ reporter Carrie Shepherd on October 16th for a free community-driven experience that will feature Chicago artists who have been impacted by addiction. This evening will feature a photography gallery, storytelling and an opportunity for attendees to have their stories and experiences recorded.
