Experimental Resistance

Join Interdisciplinary artist Allen Moore for Experimental Resistance, an exploration of his creative journey and practice. Moore will discuss his exhibit The Black Glo-Liath, his approach to experimentation as a means of finding context, and the ways he integrates sound, performance, and visual art to examine Black grief, resilience, and identity. Drawing from years of experience, Moore will share insights on building and sustaining a meaningful studio practice while fostering the Black imagination. This talk invites reflection on resistance, improvisation, and the power of experimentation.
