Sonia Monet (Shrift, Monet/Zaander/Milk) and Francis Zaander (Monet/Zaander/Milk) disseminate a new audio inoculation from their subterranean laboratory. Exploring new directions in outsider techno and attempting to undermine rational protocol as insiders.
IN MASKS
In Masks is a Chicago-based experimental duet formed in 2016. Courtney Mora and Jeff Goulet’s saturated and dissonant vocals permeate their composed, looped, hypnotic soundscape.
UMEBOSHI
Kristin Meinke (Margaret’s Apartment) and Jodie Baltazar (Weird Lady Music, Monotrona) make their debut performance with a short set of plucking & pounding as they re-familiarize their human bodies with physical instruments (bass, drums).
