Tala is thrilled to announce its next exhibition [ππππ ] opening on Friday, October 18th 6-9PM
[ππππ ] is co-curated by Roland Santana (@iii.____.iii), founder of Rupture (@rupturechicago). Rupture is an online BIPOC visual artist directory, featuring painters, sculptures, photographers + more who are based in Chicago. Created by artist Roland Santana at the beginning of the pandemic, Santana felt it as a necessary initiative in order to cultivate connection within his community during uncertain times.
Verge is a bespoke Chicago-based framing company launched in 2022 by Shashi Caudill and Dann Witczak. With over 30 years of experience in curating, collection design, framing and installation, Verge works with prestigious collections and institutions across the country to elevate the collecting experience.
We are exceptionally excited for this special collaboration between Tala, Rupture, and Verge Frames
