Bert Green Fine Art is pleased to present a survey exhibition looking back at the past 25 years since the founding of the gallery in Los Angeles in 1999. The artists who have work represented in the show are Laurie Lipton, Ed Ruscha, John Baldessari, Stephen Kaltenbach, Derek Boshier, Moira Hahn, Grey James, Sandra Yagi, Mark Wagner, Jim Bachor, Sandow Birk, Megan Geckler, Victoria Reynolds, Scott Siedman, David Buckingham, Industry of the Ordinary, Christian Rex Van Minnen, Gajin Fujita, Shepard Fairey, Linda LaBella, Jeff Gillette, Clive Barker, Barron Storey, Dave Lefner, Rebecca Gray Smith, Man Bartlett, Mac Pierce, Jesse Howard, William Powhida, Doug Stapleton, Eleftheria Lialios, Doug Fogelson, Mikey Mosher, Jeffrey Michael Austin, KOOK, and Joe Novak. Some of the works in this show are limited editions published by BGFA, others are original works selected from our inventory.
Bert Green Fine Art began life with the name “Circle Elephant Art” in December 1999 in a small storefront on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. In 2004, the gallery relocated to Downtown Los Angeles and was renamed Bert Green Fine Art. In 2012, the gallery relocated again, this time to our current location on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, across from Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago.
