Pilsen Community Bedsheet Cinema presents a screening of Please Baby Please, a moody take on an imaginary 1950s New York city in which queer longing collides with the stifling gender norms of the era. Writer and journalist Annie Howard will discuss the film’s exploration of cities, danger, desire, and how the film helps to name new ways of being gay and horny in our own time.
