Dan Peterman, UIC Professor of Art, leads a discussion on the work of exhibiting artists B’alam Waykan Garcia, Jovita Alvares, and Sarah Whyte. Their multidisciplinary practices examine living in the digital and real world and are guided by meditations on identity in relation to globalization. The discussion will explore their material explorations and realizations of four-dimensional time and space.
