Night of Ideas is a public event where UChicago students are invited to give short talks about any idea they feel passionate about followed by a public Q&A.

To kick off the New Year, the Smart Museum of Art is hosting this feast of ideas within the Calling on the Past exhibition. The evening features a live performance by UChicago alumnus and artist Connor Krane entitled Sonic Fragments. Join us for an evening of reflection, conversation, and performance.
