Apolonia in collaboration with FLXST Contemporary Art Gallery is providing a one night only multi-sensory immersive dessert tasting menu. Gallery Director, Jan Benabe, has hand selected five art pieces from which Executive Pastry Chef, Tatum Sinclair of Apolonia, S.K.Y., and Valhalla, has translated into an edible experience. Join us as we celebrate and support artists through a culmination of desserts as well as a live exhibit of said pieces to fill the restaurant. In addition a curated wine pairing offering by Jelena Prodan.
