This is night 4 of Shake / Shook / Shaken, a theater/movement workshop series produced by Julie Meckler. In these workshops we will explore the poetry of human encounter through theater games and creative movement. Each session will provide a fun, structured and participative environment to delve into concepts such as Space/Contact/Trust. No prior dance or acting experience is necessary, just willingness to move and exhale. This workshop series is for anyone and everyone — $10 or pay-what-you-can at the door.
Weekly theme with corresponding dates below:
March 15th – Opening
March 29th – Loops
April 12th – The Fall
April 19th – Translation
May 3rd – Leadership/Partnership
May 17th – Breathe
Each event starts promptly at 6PM and doors will open at 5:45PM. Wear comfortable clothes. Be prepared with socks as some activities are shoeless and physical!
$10 or pay-what-you-can at the door.
