Dear Mu community,
We are heartbroken to see the continued rise in hate crimes and violence since the beginning of the pandemic against people of Asian descent across the country. As a gallery that represents artists of all cultures, we wanted to underscore that hate, discrimination, misogyny, and violence has no place in Chicago, and that we condemn all acts of bigotry. We stand in solidarity with the Asian, Asian American and Pacific Islander communities and are proud to present an undergraduate group show curated by Yuen Liu and Sino Park. Eat Up : An exhibition of perspectives on the complex interactions between food, Asian identity and communication.
Featuring Works by: Bonnie Kim, Soo Kim, Samantha Lee, Yuen Liu, Siyao Lu, Sino Park, Devishi Seth and Muchen Wang
