sea michell: Within the Circle – Meditations on Cyclical Movement

sea michell offers techniques and insights into the sensation of cyclical movement using props like hula hoops, scarves and other objects. The purpose of the workshop is to open participants to the possibilities of hoop dance through improvisation and play. The workshop is offered in-person, outside of the 1224 W Loyola Ave. Supplies and hula hoops will also be provided.
