Get to know the museum’s collection with a series of public print viewings. A member of the MoCP’s education team will lead a discussion on select themes and works pulled from the archive. Drop in to learn about some of the museum’s best works that are normally behind closed doors and meet fellow photography enthusiasts. These in-person sessions are free and open to all!
This print viewing introduces students to artists who use their practice to elevate awareness of social, economic, and cultural issues and to inspire positive social change. Artists featured include: Lewis Hine, Danny Lyon, Zanele Muholi, David Schalliol, and Omar Imam.
For in-person events, masks as well as proof of vaccination or proof of a negative Covid test within the last 72 hours are required for entry.
If you require special accommodations for this event, please contact mocp@colum.edu.
