Accountability Club is proud to present the Mid-Month Encouragement Speaker Series – a virtual monthly speaker event focused on improving individual goal setting and achievement by sharing the stories and expertises of individuals with unique backgrounds.
August’s Speaker Series features Stephanie Westergaard, blossoming business owner and mother of two who will be sharing goal setting around approaching parenthood and all that goes with it – especially all those things no one tells you about.
Stephanie Westergaard’s desire to provide expectant mothers with resources, tips, and support stemmed from her own personal need for expertise during her pregnancies. In the summer and fall of 2021, Stephanie is building this relationship-based business with the mother’s needs top of mind.
Prior to starting her own business, Stephanie worked as the Director of Operations and Director of Growth for one of Chicago’s top 15 residential real estate teams. She is known for her integrity and candor, as well as her ability to build proven systems and processes.
Stephanie has been a speaker on a variety of high-level operational topics including: effective and strategic utilization of a CRM, building hiring processes, setting expectations for a new hire’s first 90 days, the admin-rainmaker relationship, and best practices for executive assistants.
Stephanie lives in the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago with her husband, Adam and their children, Peter and Alice. Outside of her work, Stephanie enjoys playing with her kids, meal planning and cooking, and maintaining a zero food waste household. She is an active supporter of FARE, CURED, and The Nora Project.
Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University.
