Back by popular demand, In The Realm Of Whiskeys returns to its sensory whiskey tastings this spring with a one hour journey through American Bourbons and colors, hosted by ITROS creator Jeff Yang at a unique and beautiful private venue in Chicago.
Journey through ten tastings (9ml) of carefully curated bourbons through different regions of America while experiencing how colors can affect how we taste, all set to original music by composer Ryan Ingebritsen and original scent by master perfumer Christophe Laudamiel. Be a part of our scientific study of how colors affect the palate as we explore how our senses affect each other in unexpected ways.
Tickets are $40 and limited to 30 per session and will be socially distanced. Plasma wave air filter will be used at this event to promote safe air flow.
Two sessions per evening , 7:30 and 9:30pm
Whiskies to include Russell’s single barrel, Legent, Four Roses small batch, Rowan’s Creek, Uncle Nearest, Buffalo Trace, and High West. Selections are subject to change.
