oin us for a relaxing night of drawing your favorite objects at home. Spudnik’s own Anders Zanichkowsky will lead a series of creative still life exercises that are perfect for any experience level and are designed to bring mindfulness, catharsis, and discovery to anyone’s drawing practice. He thinks of still lifes as portraiture, of the objects and the artist alike. For inspiration as we work, Anders and will share some of his favorite poetic readings about this universal form of observational drawing.

The activities will range from minimalist line drawings to before-and-after diptychs of altered and transformed objects. You might use this event to make postcards for loved ones, fill a bunch of pages in your sketchbook, or work on a single finished drawing or sketch for a longer project.
