LGBT Chicago History on the 1893 World’s Fair Virtual Tour

Opening Saturday, June 13th, from 2:30PM - 3:30PM

We are converting our planned public walking tour into a virtual tour. On this special event, a virtual tour in honor of Pride Month, you will hear stories of gay and lesbian history from the 19th-century buildings we visit on the 1893 World’s Fair Tour. The interactive virtual tour digs into how and why the World’s Columbian Exposition still captures imaginations more than 125 years later, while illuminating the LGBT history of Chicago.
