You don’t want to miss these tellers. They have important stories to share and they bring fresh perspectives to the storytelling scene.
Speaking Truths Series is produced and hosted by Ada Cheng, a professor-turned-storyteller, solo performer, and storytelling show producer. She has been featured at storytelling shows and performed her two solo shows all over the country. Ada is the producer and the host of four storytelling shows, including Pour One Out: A Monthly Storytelling Series, Am I Man Enough?: A Storytelling/Podcasting Show, Talk Stories: An Asian American/Asian Diaspora Storytelling Show, and Speaking Truths Series.
Speaking Truths Series seeks to bring performance art to community spaces. This show is open to and inclusive of people of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences. We are committed to developing and cultivating new and emerging tellers.
