Tour company Chicago Detours presents “Badass Women of Chicago History,” a live storytelling event at Sleeping Village in Avondale. To celebrate Women’s History Month, lively presenters will share stories of Chicago heroines on the peripheries of history. Alongside the brief narratives, visual and audio elements like images and songs will help bring the stories to life. This event will benefit Chicago Women’s Health Center.
