In The Realm Of Senses presents Beethoven 250 Part II: Beethoven & Gastronomy at Fulton Market Kitchen. This will be a unique sensory extravaganza celebrating Beethoven’s 250th birthday with his amazing music curated to unique gastronomic creations from Beethoven’s time made by executive chef of Fulton Market Kitchen, Chris Curren with wines pairings from Beethoven’s home town in Germany. You will also experience the music and food paired to unique visual projections as well as unique fragrances.
Jeff Yang, creator of In The Realm Of Senses multi-sensory project, will present two works of Beethoven’s early period performed on period instruments of that time including his very first published work, his piano trio Op.1 No.1. You will transported back to the time of Beethoven and hear the music as it was heard over two hundred years ago on period instruments and taste the food and wine that Beethoven would have tasted.
Don’t miss this one of a kind experience that will entice all your senses and allow you to experience Beethoven in a completely new way! Three ticket levels are available whether you want to entire gastronomic pairing, the wine/dessert pairing, or just enjoy the music itself.

In The Realm Of Senses is a multi-sensory art project that incorporates different modes of art, music, gastronomy, olfactory art, literature, dance, and theater and combines them in unique and harmonious ways to create something more than the sum of its parts. ITROS will be celebrating Beethoven’s 250th birthday in a variety of unique ways, from gastronomic pairings to unique art creations to Beethoven’s music, and even a John Belushi/Beethoven tribute this year.
